A New Look!

Well, I did it. I cut my hair and I got new glasses.

The hair, well I just needed a change. And when I went to get my eyes checked, I found out that my left eye is much worse than my right eye. And it is the right eye that has the stigmatism that got me glasses last time. Anyway...

It is amazing how you can think your vision is just fine until you put on a pair of glasses that meet your eye requirements and all of a sudden there is such clarity! That is the way it was for me. But you know, scripture can be the same way. As we "work through our salvation with fear and trembling" and as the Holy Spirit chisels away the darkness (ie...sin) in our lives, it is like puting on a pair of glasses. We get clarity.

This is so important so that we continue to grow in Christlikeness.

My hair is a lot curlier now and healthier. Sometimes we just need to get rid of the old and start new. :)
