Apples In A Seed - Tomaselli Family Blog

My photo
Each of our lives are tiny seeds that our Heavenly Father has planted. My prayer is that we seek to glorify Him as we grow in His likeness. I am a christian wife and a homeschooling mother of 4 beautiful children. I graduated from Ohio University with my degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in English. My blogspot will be used to post some of our special moments from our family, share photos and to share some of the things I am learning through my experiences as a wife and mother. I love to write so occationally I may post some of my poetry or short stories I am working on. Thank you for visiting my blog. May you be blessed in Christ and His goodness always. - Tina

Our Trip To Georgia

These pictures are in reverse order.
So I will start at the end of our trip and work backwards.
also...the uploader wouldn't let me do the rest of the pictures:(

Anyway...on our trip to Georgia we made a couple of stops on
our way home. One was the Natl. Air Force Museum. And the
other was the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery.

Steve locked the children up in a play jail. They had many different
rooms where the children could learn about different occupations.
One of my favorite was the "general store" It was set up with dress up
clothes and shopping carts, play cash registers, and all kinds of play food.

This was from the recycling center room. This was a neat truck.
The children could sort out recycling and push a button and the stuff would
sort it's way out the back of the truck to do all over again.

This was the space exploration area. Lots of neat things here.

This is the entrance of the museum before we went in:)

This was our view of Cincinnati as we were returning to Ohio.

Just before that we caught this lovely picture.

Ahhhh...The beautiful mountains!

The children were excited to go home.

Leah fell asleep:)

Thursday evening...Daddy was wrestling with the children.

Mom came down from Blairsville to visit with us Thursday evening.

We didn't get to spend much time together, but we were able to
talk and share a meal.

Grandma Ball's kitchen table....Grandma is feeding Rosebud a treat.

Outside Grandma's house.

There is a row of lights that Steve put in along her walkway and
I dug out the flower bed for her. There was a lot of work to be
done. That is Paul in the picture.

Paul wanted me to take a picture of one of the geese.

The children brought their rocket baloons that Grandma Wolf gave them.
We shot them off with Daddy one evening and I took some pictures.

The children were being goofy when I was trying to snap a group shot.

There's a rocket baloon!

On our trip down to GA...we stopped in Cincinnati for Joshua.
He is a big Bangals Fan. (He just loves tigers)

He was so excited to see the stadium.

This is entering Cincinnati.

We got on the road at 5am on Saturday morning. I was taking pictures
of the children and they insisted I get a picture of myself.

There is Joshua.

There's Leah.
There is Paul!

There is Samuel and Rosebud. The children made things with colored pipecleaners.
Samuel made Saturn and a comet.
See Rosebud is even smiling:)

Rosebud is trying to get the pipecleaner.

Look at that smile.

Leah likes riding in the car.
